If you cancel an order at any time before your order is sent for delivery (until the moment when an order status will be changed to "Courier is on the way") - a full refund within 1 - 7 bank days will be documented for you. In this case, if you cancel an order, money will be unfrozen on your card instantly. If your order is executed, but you consider it to be executed improperly, poorly or not fully, and you want to receive compensation, you can open a dispute. Dispute is an opportunity for buyers to protect their interests and funds in the event of receiving a defective product or not receiving of a product at all. To open a dispute, click on the link from SMS message informing about delivery of your order. Leave a mark for execution of your order. If you give the mark 1 or 2, it is suggested to open a dispute. In case of refusal to open a dispute - a review is shown on a store page. But if you open a dispute - funds on a contractor store's account are blocked, and you get a link to a separate chat with a store for this dispute. If the dispute remains unanswered by a store - it will be settled in your favor after 72 hours. When receiving a message in the chat from a contractor store, you will receive a push notification. If you don't notice it, then the link to the chat will be repeated for you in SMS message after 20 minutes.
