My card payment failed. What shall I do?
Payment processing may fail due to various reasons. If the bank declines your payment:· try changing the payment currency in the upper right corner of the screen;· make sure the card details are entered correctly and your account balance is sufficient.
If your payment issue persists, try using a different bank card.If your card balance is sufficient, the card details have been entered correctly, but your payment still fails, please open the Flowwow app, go to the Help centre, and use the Support chat.
