When you submit the order and choose to pay with a bank card, your bank freezes the money you spent. The money is held until they get transferred further. At that moment, the bank reduces the balance on your account, but the money is not withdrawn yet. Only when the bank receives the confirmation of the requested transaction does the payment get fully transferred. Flowwow stores the money (not the seller's shop) since the withdrawal from the bank account. Flowwow keeps the money until at least three days after delivery completion - in case you have questions about delivered items. During three days, you can start a dispute with the seller shop. To open a dispute, leave a negative review for the seller shop, and you will see a dispute suggestion.
