How fast are orders delivered?

Each item has delivery times provided. If you wish to know the exact delivery time, enter the delivery address to see the nearest precise delivery time If you need delivery at a specific time, enter it, and all the items available for delivery during that time will be shown.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with any PIX and credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! After placing an order, you will be able to track all order statuses in your Flowwow app account or on the website: order accepted by the shop, photo before delivery, a delivery person leaving, next delivery person and order completed. Please leave a review for the shop after ordering so that other customers can better understand which shops are good and which are not. Thank you!
