Shop was good for its variety and easy shopping. HOWEVER, if you have a question or need help with customer service, it is VERY DISAPPOINTING. One product had 2 options of flowers but it was not letting me get the one I wanted. So I opened a whatsapp chat and explained I wanted the option that was not letting me get online. I showed them the photo I wanted and asked how do I proceed if the system is not letting get the flower I want. They said " hi, madam. Just finalise your purchase" So I did , gave them my purchase number and then asked them about the flower I wanted. They said " you chose the wrong flower. It was your decision . Your order is confirmed" WHAT?? HOW DARE THEY SAY SUCH A THING? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. I canceled my order and NEVER GO THERE AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE
